In my eyes, there are sustainable practices teenagers can practise in their life. Firstly, teenagers can reduce waste. For instance, using reusable containers, switching off unused lights, and recycling materials are commendable habits. Moreover, these actions demonstrate resilience in facing global challenges. In addition, teenagers can take part activities such as a beach clean-up campaign, thereby instilling responsibility and awareness.

Beyond doubt, leading a sustainable lifestyle brings numerous benefits to individuals and society. Sustainable habits conserve resources and reduce pollution, which consequently improves health and living conditions. On the other hand, ignoring sustainability leads to detrimental consequences such as climate change and resource depletion. Therefore, adopting eco-friendly practices ensures a healthier planet and a brighter future for all.

From my perspective, teenagers can contribute actively to sustainability. First, they must promote sustainability among peers and families. They should encourage recycling programmes, reduce plastic usage, and support conservation projects. In addition, teenagers can use social media to spread awareness, which consequently inspires others to act responsibly.
