WISE QUOTE: 1
Teachers have little or perhaps no problem at all when they teach writing in the first or good classes. However, as we know, teaching writing among weak and reluctant learners is such a monumental task. I totally agree with Louis L'Amour that whatever the challenges are, we, the English teachers have no choice. We have to figure out something to encourage our learners to start writing. I guess, the weak learners most probably will not write if "the faucet" is not "turned on". We, the English teachers have to take the responsibility to design, develop or create a strategy, technique or tool to develop our learners' writing skills. God willing, all of us will have the strength, perseverance and wisdom to face each challenge in our ESL writing classrooms.
